1. What we are

EABotz is a software vendor. We design and license automated trading programs — expert advisors — that run inside the MetaTrader 5 platform. We are not a broker, a dealer, an exchange, a custodian, a fund, a money manager or a registered investment adviser. Nothing on this site is personalised investment, legal, tax or financial advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

2. Your money stays yours

We do not accept, hold, pool, custody or manage customer capital, in any amount, at any time. Software you license from us runs on your own brokerage account, under your own credentials, which we never see. Every order it places is placed on your account and is your responsibility, as is your relationship with your broker.

3. Who may buy

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for checking that buying and running automated trading software is lawful where you live and permitted by your broker’s own rules. Some jurisdictions and some brokers restrict automated trading; we cannot check that for you.

4. What a purchase is

Each purchase is a single payment for a 12-month licence to one specific package of one specific system. When the payment clears you receive a download containing the compiled expert advisor for that package and a written setup guide.

The access period is 12 months from the date of purchase. We do not sell lifetime, perpetual or indefinite access. There is no recurring charge and nothing renews automatically. What you may and may not do with the software is set out in the Licence Agreement, which forms part of these terms.

5. Payment

EABotz is the seller and licensor of every product sold on this site. Card payments are handled by Whop, which acts solely as our payment processor and is not the seller, supplier or licensor of the software.We never see or store your card details. Your purchase is also subject to the processor’s own terms, which you accept at checkout. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise, and any tax payable in your own country is yours to account for.

6. Delivery and refunds

Your download is released immediately after the payment is confirmed, on the confirmation page. Because a digital file cannot be un-delivered, our Refund Policy applies and sales are generally final at that point. That policy also lists the situations in which we refund or replace as a matter of course, and we would far rather use it than have you raise a chargeback.

7. What you agree not to do

• resell, sublicense, publish, redistribute or otherwise share the software or any file we deliver;
• reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to defeat any licensing or protection mechanism, or strip proprietary notices from anything;
• run the software as part of a managed-account, copy-trading or signal-selling service for other people;
• use the software unlawfully, or in a way that breaks your broker’s rules;
• misrepresent to anyone else what the software does, or attribute performance figures to it that we have not published.

8. Intellectual property

The software, the EABotz name and everything on this site belong to EABotz or its licensors and are protected by law. Buying a licence gives you the rights described in the Licence Agreement and nothing beyond them.

9. Third parties we do not control

Our software runs inside MetaTrader 5 and executes through whichever broker you hold an account with. We do not control either. We are not responsible for their uptime, their spreads, their commissions, their execution quality, their platform changes or their decisions about your account, and your use of them is governed by their terms, not ours.

10. No warranty

The software and this site are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. That includes any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, and it specifically includes any warranty that the software will be profitable, will match any published result, or will run without error or interruption. Read the Risk Disclosure and the Performance Disclaimer before you buy.

11. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, EABotz is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the software or this site. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed what you paid us for that product.

12. Indemnity

You agree to hold EABotz harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the software, your trading activity, or your breach of these terms.

13. Who you are contracting with

EABotz is the trading name of an independently operated software business. It is not a registered company. Our identity has been verified by our payment processor, and full legal and contact details are available on request by emailing [email protected].

Nothing in these terms removes a right you hold under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in. Where those laws conflict with something here, they win.

14. Changes

We may revise these terms. The revision date at the top of this page is the authoritative one, and continuing to use the site after a change takes effect means you accept the revised version. A change never applies retroactively to a purchase you have already made.
